Our Apro Option

We want to help you select the right dress

Dusk 2 Dawn offers a unique ‘appro option’ giving you the opportunity to browse on line to find your perfect dress.  We then will courier it to you to try on in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  This is a unique service available to New Zealand only.

If you want to try on your dress in advance of your special event,  you can apro it from us first (as long as it is an in-stock dress).  Just pay for the dress and we will courier it to you to try on. If you don't like it for any reason we will give you a full refund (no questions asked) less $30.00 for courier costs.

How it works

• Visit our website http://www.dusk2dawn.net.nz/ and browse our range of dresses at your leisure.
• Check with our sizing chart that the dress is most likely to fit.  Please remember that measurements are a guide only.
• Please read our Buy Policy to ensure you are well informed and happy with our terms & conditions.
• Email sales@dusk2dawn.co.nz with the dress, size and colour and the date of your event. We will email you back with the details and pencil in your gown for that important date.
• Our Apro service is a set free of $30.00 and this includes all postage to you and returning back to us. 
• We will charge the full amount of the hire/buy price and this will refunded in full on arrival of the dress less the $30.00 apro charge. Your dress will be couriered to you on a Monday or Tuesday.  The dress must be returned to the courier no later then 5pm Wednesday night.  We have the courier number so will be able to track the dress is on it's way back to us.
• If it is your perfect dress keep it to wear that weekend OR, if the required date is more than a week on, return to us in the interim and we will courier it back to you FREE at the appropriate time.

 Key points to note

• Dusk 2 Dawn will organise and be responsible for couriering of the dress in both directions. 
• If on receipt of the dress it isn't in the original condition it was sent to you we will charge your credit card an amount fitting the damage which could be up to the full value of the gown.

• As mentioned above dresses on appro will ONLY be couriered on a Monday or Tuesday.  Failure to return the dress to us by Friday 5pm may result in your card being charged the entire purchase price.  This excludes any delays experienced via the courier.
